DELIVERY METHODS

We have 4 options to choose from at checkout.

1) Aus Post - $10 Standard

2) Aus Post - $15 Express

3) Store Pickup - where you have already picked up your item(s) at the time of placing your order at PUMPT24/7

4) Store Pickup - you will collect your order from PUMPT 24/7 (please message us with approximate day/time so we can ensure your order is ready for you)

RETURN PROCESS

For any faulty or incorrect items, please reach out to our customer service email: hello@pumptapparel.com

For all other returns/exchanges, please carefully read the instructions below.

1. Email us at: hello@pumptapparel.com to start your returns process letting us know which items you wish to return or exchange.

2. Place a note inside the return which states your order number.

3. Post your item to:

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure the clothes are neatly folded, have their tags attached and are in their original condition/packaging to ensure your return is accepted. Your return will strictly not be accepted if this is not followed.

All returns must contain a note inside stating the order number, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Order numbers are in the following format: #XXX

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a full refund, store credit or exchange. (Terms and Conditions Apply - see Returns Policy)

RETURNS POLICY

Full price items may be returned for a full refund back to your original payment method, store credit or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Item was faulty

  • Item did not fit and you wish to exchange to a different size (pending stock availability)

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issues, you can send it back to us to exchange for a different size. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to our facility. PUMPT APPAREL will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please email us about your return to ensure we have stock available in your desired exchange item.
