1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by [PUMPT Apparel] ABN [871 805 878 95], of [10/20 Merchant Drive Rockingham WA 6168] ("Promoter", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. One entry per person/email address.

3. Promotion Period
Entries open Friday 25th September at 6am AWST and close 11:59pm AWST Thursday 15th October 2026.

4. How to Enter
To enter, sign up to the PUMPT Apparel email newsletter via our Ninja CREAMi Giveaway Landing Page during the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Ninja CREAMi and Macro Mike prize pack, valued at approximately $439 AUD. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on Friday 16th October 2026 at 10am AWST. The winner will be announced on PUMPT Apparel's Instagram and contacted via email within 3 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

7. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, non-compliant, or made in breach of these terms.

8. Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner's nominated address within Australia at the Promoter's cost.

9. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using your personal information (name and email address) to administer this promotion, contact the winner, and, if you choose to remain subscribed, to send you marketing communications in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Changes and Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, or to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion, if circumstances arise outside its control.

11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We’re Anita and Braden—husband and wife, founders of PUMPT 24/7 and PUMPT Apparel. We are both double PRO athletes in ICN bodybuilding. That’s not just rare. That’s almost unheard of.

The sword is the prize for an Overall Win in ICN, and we’ve been lucky enough to win several over the years (yep, they’re on display at the gym). The crossed swords at the entrance became our iconic symbol, so it only made sense to carve them into the M of PUMPT—the heart of the word, just like the gym is the heart of where PUMPT Apparel began.

Let’s be real—we fixed the crappy, egotistical side of gym culture. And that same energy became the foundation of PUMPT Apparel.
