Refund Policy
At PUMPT Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With tags attached
In original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Full-price items may be returned for a refund to your original payment method if:
The item is faulty
You received an incorrect item
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues (subject to stock availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
PUMPT Apparel covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you
Store Credit
Where applicable, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello@pumptapparel.com with your order number and items you wish to return or exchange.
2. Include a note inside your parcel with your order number

Important Notes
Items must be neatly folded and returned in original condition
Returns that do not meet our requirements will be declined
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Gift cards or store credits
Socks
Hats
Towels
