Meet the PUMPT 3-in-1 Gym Duffle Bag / Backpack, the gym bag we reckon is the best on the market. We packed it with every feature we wished our old bags had, and then some.

Adjustable straps let you carry it as a backpack, duffle or cross-body, so it works however your day does. Separate compartments keep your shoes, sweaty gear and laptop organised, and your meal prep well away from all of it.

Need hands-free? It converts from a duffle to a backpack in seconds, with padded straps and solid clips that won’t let you down. Prefer to carry it? Grab the thick, durable handles or clip on the adjustable shoulder strap.

What’s inside (and out):

• Converts from duffle bag to backpack with padded straps and solid clips

• Adjustable, detachable shoulder strap with solid hardware
• Insulated, lined pocket on one end, perfect for your meal prep
• Deep shoe pocket on the other end, so your sneakers stay away from everything else
• Drink bottle holder
• Elastic towel loops
• Huge internal storage with mesh pocket on lid
• Premium material that holds its shape and structure, full or empty
